Ultraprobe

Ultrasonics and infrared temperature measurement are the most successful technologies for steam trap checking.

Major steam trap manufacturers recommend the Ultraprobe range of ultrasonic detectors for steam trap monitoring. We supply five versions of the Ultraprobe, all operating by detecting high frequency ultrasound and all multi-functional instruments. These complimentary ultrasonic product lines cover all markets, industries and budgets.

Hand-held laser guided infrared thermometers are a great asset in steam trap inspection. Check whether a trap is in operation from distance - just point the laser and read the temperature. Many models including intrinsically safe units are available.
