Over a period of time, the Ultraprobe's accuracy can drift a little, which causes the instrument to become out of specification. Calibration and general servicing of the equipment can therefore be carried out by the manufacturer.

Appropriate tests are performed across a wide-range of decibel levels to ensure accurate readings can be taken, calibrating the instrument to the same standards as when it was first purchased from us.

Any minor defects (e.g. broken dials, buttons, etc) are also repaired at no extra charge, the battery pack is replaced, etc.
