The VM110 Vibration Meter is a battery-powered, portable instrument, which has been designed to operate with a constant current type accelerometer, to make vibration measurements both simple and convenient.
Monitoring vibration levels can become an essential part of trying to protect expensive plant and factory machinery, and the VM110 Vibration Meter is an ideal aid for checking bearings on fan motors, pumps and similar equipment.
Some of the features of the VM110 Vibration Meter include...
- RMS and peak detection of acceleration, velocity and displacement can each be made in three ranges
- An AC output (via a 'D-type' socket) allows the operator to connect additional filters or even a signal analyser
- A DC output is also provided to power a chart recorder
- And a switched, low pass filter is included to reduce wideband noise
With this low cost and easy-to-use piece of equipment, you can quickly monitor critical areas of the plant to help reduce unplanned and costly downtime.
