Below is a brief overview of a typical half-day training session, which we would normally ask is limited to around four to six people. If you would like to accommodate more people, we can spend a full day on-site, which would allow us to run two of these workshops.
The first part of our training is based in the office (e.g. a meeting or training room, or something similarly suitable), and covers the following...
- An introduction to infrared
- Predictive maintenance troubleshooting applications
- And both basic and advanced operation of the camera
The second part is then based out on-plant (or perhaps a workshop, if that is more convenient), and covers how to use the camera in a typical plant environment. We will spend this time covering all of your applications, and each attendee will spend some time using the camera and taking sample images.
In the third and final part of this training, we return to the office to discuss what happened during our time out on-plant. We will then walk you through the accompanying software (e.g. downloading images and reporting your findings), before giving a brief presentation which wraps up and promotes the use of infrared alongside other technologies (such as ultrasound and vibration analysis).
