On behalf of everyone at Alpine Components, thank you for taking the time to look through our company website and see what we do.
We've been selling equipment and related services to companies all around the world since 1991.
The majority of our customers are involved in research and development, oil and gas, textiles, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing, transportation, papermaking, steel production, power generation and food processing.
Our products help engineering, maintenance and facilities departments to lower operating costs and prevent unscheduled downtime, and we support our customers with technical advice, presentations, seminars and training courses.
"Alpine Components" is the abbreviated trading name for "Alpine Components Limited", which was incorporated on the 13th of November 2006 in the United Kingdom (although we've been operating under this name since 1991).
Our Company Registration Number is 05996485 and our VAT Number is GB583598190.
We take customer privacy very seriously and we follow 3 simple rules to help protect it:
▪ Soon after a customer's order has been fulfilled, we destroy any payment information that is considered confidential or sensitive, which we're not required by law to keep on file.
▪ Customer contact details are kept on a server that is properly maintained and secured, and we promise to never sell, trade, rent or share this data.
▪ Although we automatically add new customers to our e-mail marketing list, an option to unsubscribe is included at the bottom of every e-mail and we diligently action requests within 24 hours.
As a general rule, we'll process any refund request that's made within 7 days of delivery as long as the shipment is returned to us in its original condition.
We can't refund any money or cancel an order until all shipped items have been returned for inspection and deemed suitable to be sold to someone else, but we always evaluate each case on its own merits and try to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.
If any part of an order was incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit or later identified to be faulty, then we'll obviously make an exception to the above guidelines and take the most appropriate action to quickly resolve the situation.
